Course Description

Students will learn basic practcial skills and how to use small equipment accurately. They will be encouraged to decode and follow a recipe to make a quality product. They will learn basic food hygiene and safety.

Health and safety in the kitchen.
How to accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
Decdoing and following a recipe .
Food hygiene.

Term 2
Builds on work completed in term one,adding basic nutrition .
